+||+ Kim +||+ arrived after a long days work with a smile on her face. She had stopped long enough to change into a pair of jeans and a nice linen peasant top before heading out to the community center and popping her head inside the door to look around. She recognized the instructor from the paint night and gave him a sheepish wave as she entered and looked around the quiet room, “Hey there, I know I’m a bit early, is that ok?

Maybe I can help set up?”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> looked up from the large totes he was looking in and smiled easily, “Oh sure, I can put you to work. You can start laying out the willow branches on the table for me, Kim, right?” The community center was more rustic and utilitarian than the lounge that he’d booked for the paint night, but this was arts and crafts and since there was no wine it tended to draw a different crowd. Sometimes plenty of

children. The tables were simple plywood affairs with folding legs and the chairs were old wooden ones that were chipped around the edges, but filed down so that no one was likely to get splinters. Each table had some sheets of paper laid out, pencils, and an eraser. The supplies for making the dream catchers were being laid out at the front of the room where the instructor was standing. He was busy taking out various little bins, removing the

covers, and setting them out in order. Some held spools of sinew thread while others had beads or feathers that had carefully been pierced so that they could be threaded onto the dream catchers later.

she would slip her way into the place more curious if it was going to be as interesting as the painting thing was or not, pausing at the entrance to do the registration or what not before moving further into the place

+||+ Kim +||+ was at the front of the room helping to set out the long and thin willow branches on one of the tables. There were a few bundles and at the instructors prompting, Kim only snipped the ties to one of the bundles. Others come be untied later if there were enough people in the class to warrant it. Since this was a small class and had limited advertising there was nothing as fancy as someone taking registration. Rather, there

was a jar where you could slip ‘payment’ for the class, suggested at $20 to cover the cost of supplies and space rental, and a sheet to leave your name.

+||+ Kim +||+ looked up as Jet entered and smiled cheerfully, “Hey Jet, it’s good to see you again. Are you here for the class?”

she would smile at kim and nod “yes, nice to see you again as well.” of course she had no issues with putting money in the jar or putting down her name

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> looked up from the many little palm sized bins he was putting out and smiled with warmth and a sense of good humor. It was the same man as had instructed the paint nights, “Hey there, glad to see you out again, Jet. I hope you are feeling creative tonight.”

<< Jet >> she flashs a grin “i always feel creative its good to see you again

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> nodded cheerfully and plunked something from one of the bins to roll it between his fingers. It appeared to be a bluish stone that was filed and polished into a bead shape, “Excellent. You two seem to be the only ones in the class so far, you’ll have to work extra hard to impress.” He tossed the bead in the air and caught it without looking at it as he gave the ladies a wink, “Seriously though, it’s

good to see people interested in expanding their knowledge. Are you two going to be participating in the meditation period at the start? It isn’t mandatory, but I find it helps set the mood to connect to your deeper and more personal self before starting. Spiritual power comes from understanding the self and connecting to your spirit animal or guide can help with that.”

<< Jet >> she would shrug at that “i dont mind but i dont know of any kind of spiritual guidance that would guide my over active imagination but its always nice to relax

+||+ Kim +||+ smiled as she eyes the branches and seemed to already be picking out which one she liked, “I think that would be fun, though I don’t know much about spirits… but less face it, I’ll take all the help I can get.”

<< Jet >> she flashs kim a smile “long as they are not rattling chains at you and moaning right?

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> chuckled and nodded to Jet, “Huh… overactive imagination and creativity… Could be that seal is a your guide? But it’s hard to say. If something comes to you, be open to it.” He smiled at Kim, “The same with you. A spirit guide is a spirit that is already a part of you, sometimes from birth. If you are ready and willing to listen to yourself…” He tapped over his heart with a finger, “Then

it may make itself known. Though some of us have stronger connections than others, it is still something anyone can work on.”

+||+ Kim +||+ groaned and rolled her eyes at Jet, “Don’t mention that. I don’t want any more ghosts in my life, but a seal sounds cool… and adorable. I could deal with a little ghostly seal.”

<< Jet >> she laughs “uh huh, till it starts dribbling a ball against your wall when your trying to sleep

<< Jet >> she would try to make herself usefull in the prep but eventually she simple finds a seat that she likes the position of

+||+ Kim +||+ chuckled, “I’ve heard worse against the wall and I think it wouldn’t be so bad.” She settled into a seat as the time drew closer to when the class was wet to begin and picked up a pencil to doodle on some of the provided paper while she waited

<Regina> comes inside, looking about before finding herself a seat.

<< Jet >> she chuckles at that “i guess anyone living in citys or at least apartments can make simular claims,

<< Jet >> she blinks at seeing regina here but gives her a polite nod and “good evening regina

<Regina> looks at Jet, giving her a little nod of greeting. “Evenin’.”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> was at the front of the room, leaning against a table. The community center was more rustic and utilitarian than the lounge that he’d booked for the paint night, but this was arts and crafts and since there was no wine it tended to draw a different crowd. a table near the door for people to put payment, suggested at $20 to cover the price of supplies and room rental and a sign up sheet for people to place there names. The Instructor glanced at his watch after a few minutes passed and clapped his hands together with a grin, “Ok, we may get a few people trailing in, but we might as well begin. As I said, we are going to start with some meditation. For anyone not interested in this part, feel free

to just relax for a few minutes. The people interested, we’ll start some mood music for the meditation and I’ll walk you through the first steps of connecting with your spirit guide.”

+||+ Kim +||+ smiled and looked eager to try the meditation as she set her pencil and paper aside to watch as the instructor look a portable speaker from his backpack so it could be connected to his phone.

<< Jet >> she watchs alart and curious but not really thinking to much about mediation, she had seen it before it wasnt hard

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> fiddled with his phone as it connected to the bluetooth speaker and smiled as the sounds of nature started playing as a soft background before looking to the modest little class, “Before we begin making dream catchers, I will lead those interested in a short meditation session. Dream catchers are powerful spiritual devices that act as wards between our dreams and the spirits of the world around us. Our will

is what gives them that power. Will shaped by intent and forged by passion into a web to catch evil spirits before they penetrate into our dreams. The catcher itself, is only wood, stone, feather, and sinew. We are what gives it power. To assist us in finding that power, we can connect to the spirits that guide us. We are all animals in this world, tied to nature, and shaped by it. Because of that, our souls can share a connection to other animals as

well. The spirit of these animals that we are attuned and connected with can help to guide us if we listen. Right now, you may not be able to sense that connection and perhaps you won’t after one session, but this is a building block towards that. Open your mine and heart, listen to your soul, and take note of what you see.

<Regina> put her payment down and did the other things before returning and beginning to listen to the instructor as he began to speak.

+||+ Kim +||+ nodded her head with interest and bit her lip as she considered the instructions, but she was willing to give it a try. Afterall, it sounded interesting.

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> waited a moment and then his voice, smooth as silk began again, “Close your eyes and focus on a place that brings you peace. The beach, the mountains, the forest, your home – it doesn’t matter. What matters is that it is where you feel the most at home and the most at peace. A safe place were you can relax and open yourself to your true self. Take a moment…” He paused to let people focus, “Breath in

and out deep and slow. Let the air fill your lungs. Each inhale brings you closer to your peace. Each exhale melts the stress of the day away. In your space, there is another. You may not see them, but they are there and a part of you. Welcome them to you for they are a part of your soul. They may not come out to face you now, but look for the signs and the hints of their identity. They are in your life. Always present. They shape who you are and

want you to know them.” Then he began chanting a rhythmic sounding language that resounded deep in his chest and tugged at the mind to drift into that peaceful glade, whereever it may be.

<< Jet >> of she follows the instructions it wasnt hard to picture the place the brought her the greatest peace

+||+ Kim +||+ closed her eyes and let the chanting take her to the deep forest where it was cool and green. In her mind she found a peaceful glade by a stream with the sounds of the forest playing their welcome to her mind. The chanting lulled her deeper into the scene and she focused on what was in her minds eye. Within the foliage, near to the ground, she saw a rustle and a flicker of red. It wasn’t much, but Kim was sure she knew

what it was. Afterall, wasn’t that half of it? A Spirit guide should be instinctive?

<< Jet >> she mostly just relaxed, and not really managing to ‘see’ anything, but she could feel the sun, smell the plants, it was enough for her

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> was evidently a patient man or he really did find this to be important part of the crafting process since he kept chanting for about 20 minutes before his voice trailed off only to intone, “Hold what you see in your mind as you build your dream catcher tonight. Keep it to your heart.” He turned to the table and picked up three willow branches, “You each can take three fresh willow branches to start.

The first part is to weave them into a circle which we can walk through together. Once that is finished, we will weave the sinew in a net and decorate it with items that hold symolism to you. He nodded to the bins, “You don’t need to express why the object hold importance, that is personal, but I’ve brought various semi-precious stones, carved beads, feathers, and crystals. Take what calls to you and we will incorporate them into your dream

catchers.”

<Regina> focuses on meditating, calming herself and does the best she could.

<< Jet >> she would stand and go to look at what was brought, mingling with others as she goes through the selection, picking out a few of the small carved beads that for what ever reason talked to her, and a few of the feathers as well before returning to her own spot studying each item in more detail once she sits

+||+ Kim +||+ waits for the instructor to finish speaking before rising to collect her three willow branches, a spool of sinew thread, and then peered at the collection of beads, stones, and feathers to see if any of them would strike her fancy. After a few moments she dips her fingers into the bins to collect some onyx, gypsum, and tyger’s eye beads. The feathers she picked were shiny black ones. Once she was finished she returned to

her seat.

::Rhonwen comes bounding into the community center, looking at the board and running her finger over the bulletin board.* “Hmmm AA meetings? heathens…” *She shakes her head and nods.* “Ah there we go, dream catchers, far something that works.” *she grinned and moved to the room where that was happening, slipping into the room with a smile, looking around quietly to see what was going on.*

<Regina> looks over at the new arrival as Rhonwen enters the room.

<< Jet >> she would look up and smile seeing rhonwen, giving her a wave and a

<< Jet >> she would look up and smile seeing rhonwen, giving her a wave and a “good evening”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> watched each person with interest as they came up to pick their items. Perhaps he was looking for something in particular or simply curious, but he didn’t inquire why things were chosen. Maybe he was only watching to see if things needed to be restocked. All in all, the $20 might barely cover the cost of the supplies and rental, if someone were to be generous. Once people had selected their items and taken their

seats he smiled again and held up the branches, “The first step is to weave the branches into a wreath.” The instructor smiled to Rhonwen, “Feel free to join us. Come up and pick three branches as some items that speak to you. There are beads, stones, and feathers that can be incorporated.” The community center was more rustic and utilitarian than the lounge that he’d booked for the paint night, but this was arts and crafts and since

there was no wine it tended to draw a different crowd. Sometimes plenty of children. The tables were simple plywood affairs with folding legs and the chairs were old wooden ones that were chipped around the edges, but filed down so that no one was likely to get splinters. There was a jar ona table near the door for people to put payment, suggested at $20 to cover the price of supplies and room rental and a sign up sheet for people to place there names.

+||+ Kim +||+ smiled at Rhonwen as She started to weave her branches together, “Hey Maple Sugar. How’s it going?

<< Jet >> she would turn back to the instructor and follow the mans lead, weaving together the branchs into a wreath fingers obviously nimble

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> walked around the room to help people as needed. Not everyone could weave branches well and while these were not the pretty perfect gift shop dream catchers that people usually bought, there was fundamentally something more authentic about them then using a plastic hoop, “Don’t worry if your catcher isn’t a perfect circle. The shape of the wreathe gives the talisman character and individuality. No two will be

the same and the web you weave inside will fit the shape.

::Rhownen smiled to everyone and waved to Jet.:: “What up Jet?” ::she then saw Kim and winked at her.:: “Not much sugar fish.” ::she looked at the instructor nodding to him and going over to the table, she picked up various items, more or less what came to eye first, she was the kind that went with what she felt every time, so whatever caught her eye, she then moved over to the sign up sheet and signed it, then looked at the cost.::

“twenty bucks…hunh.” ::she rummaged into her purse and pulled out a wallet, she flipped through it and frowned.* “All I got is a fifty…ah well.” *she drops it on the table and bounces over to the table of other people and sat down next to Kim, or across from if she could look at the other three ladies face to face, and she looked at what they were doing, then tried to mimic it.:: “Kay…weave the branches.”

<Regina> does the same

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> stopped to help Rhonwen with a smile to show her how to do the weave before moving on to another table to help someone else.

<< Jet >> she snickers repeating the names of ‘maple sugar’ and ‘sugar fish’ but mostly she concentrates on the project she was working on

::Rhonwen looked at Jet and smiled.:: “Yeah, she makes little fish made from sugar, they’re really freakin cool!” ::she smiled wide as she paid attention to the instructor and weaved like she was shown.* “it’s like when I…” ::She thought about it for a second.* “yeah except Holly is a bit more coarse.”

+||+ Kim +||+ giggled as she made her braided hope of branches and tied it off to look at the egg shaped wreathe, “A holly wreathe? For Christmas or a winter holiday?” Kim smiled a little and looked down that the beads, “Actually, I’m cutting back on the sugar sculptures. I’m going to make them for the kids at the temple, but that’s it.”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> waited until everyone had finished their wreathes before showing the group how to anchor the sinew thread to a point and begin weaving their net while adding the beads, stones, and crystals to the nexus points.

<< Jet >> she watchs him intently, then followed the instructions, going slow and taking it easy building up the web of thread, the crystals and feathers oddly enough being placed in the dream catcher in the points of a pentagram it seemed appropriate to her minds eye, so thats where the were placed

::Rhonwen smiled and looked at her wreath.:: “Oh, for all sorts of stuff, holidays or whatever.” ::she smiled at Kim and looked at Jet.:: “I’m sure we could talk Sugar fish into doing some for us.” ::she looked back at Kim almost pleadingly.:: “Right?” ::She then went back to her wreath as new instructions were given.::

<Regina> looks down at what she’s working on, watching it slowly take shape into something and letting the instructor guide her.

<< Jet >> she grins “might be easier to talk her into making some for the instructor to sale for donations to this for further lessons in the future

+||+ Kim +||+ chuckled, “I’ll make you guys some, for sure, but I’m retiring from doing them for craft shows or auctions. I can donate cash and it’s far more efficient than making something that people don’t want to buy. The whole diminishing returns thing.” Kim’s dreamcatcher wasn’t going to win any awards, but it was taking shape into something she liked, at least.

<< Jet >> she flashs kim a grin “well, it so hard to eat them when they are so cute to look at. but the one you gave me that day did taste really good once i got around to eating it .

::Rhonwen smiled as she was working on her wreath, it looked fairly good, like she’d done it before, it wasn’t super amazing for a magazine cover, but it wasn’t horrible either.:: “I love doing stuff like this, personalized stuff is amazing.” ::She looked at Kim and snorted.:: “Chica, you need to take those to the Imaginarium, trust me, I don’t see why you’re not selling them there, they’d go like hotcakes.”

+||+ Kim +||+ smiled and shrugged, “I really should be working on academics more than making candy, but I’ll bring some for the next game night. I promise.” She smiled as she held up her dreamcatcher, “There, I don’t think that’s half bad and I know just who to give it to.” She looked at Jet, Rhonwen, and Regina’s with excitement, “Oh wow, those look amazing.”

<< Jet >> she would hold hers up the feathers hanging down to catch the breezes “yours if very nice kim not going to hang it over your bed?

::Rhonwen snorted when Kim said working on Academics more.:: “Kim, you should work on what makes you fucking happy more.” ::she grinned as she held it up.:: “Hey, your’s ain’t too shabby either.” ::she smiled as she set her own down.:: “Seriously, my dad said if you love what you’re doing, you’ll never consider it working a day in your life.” ::she nodded to Jet.:: “Nice work Jet.” ::she giggled with a wink.::

<Regina> looks over at Kim, giving the other woman a little smile. “Thanks.”

+||+ Kim +||+ chuckles, “I do like my job, so there is that.” She winked and held her dream catcher up to look at it, “Hmmm, I don’t have nightmares, but I know someone that does. I’m going to give them this and maybe it will help.”

<< Jet >> she flashs a smile and a “thanks” for the compliments giving out her own to those around her, checking out each of them though she looks to kim “oh? i dont know anyone that has them really, at least not a constant occurance

+||+ Kim +||+ shook her head, “I don’t think he has them all the time, but when he does it really leaves him shaken.”

<< Jet >> she nods “so then the perfect gift

::Rhonwen looked at hers.:: “I’m hoping it keeps the shadow creeper out of my room, been kind of a dick…doesn’t even leave me any money.” ::she seemed rather intently focus’d on the dreamcatcher and not really on what she was saying as she starts to weave threads on it.:: “cocksuckin voyeurs.”

<< Jet >> hmm, well, if you have a cock thats not such a bad thing right? whats a shadow creeper?

+||+ Kim +||+ blinked at Rhonwen slowly, “Wait… you’ve seen the shadow creeper ghost thing?”

<Regina> looks over at Rhonwen, diverting her attention between the woman and Kim. “What shadow creeper ghost thing?”

+||+ Kim +||+ shook her head after a moment, “Nothing really, just sounded similar to something else I heard. I’ve been wondering if there is some kind of burgler out there creeping people out.”

::Rhonwen nods.:: “Yeah, I’ve seen it, I woke up and it was at the foot of my bed, but it kinda oddly just seemed to fade, you know when you’re not fully awake and there’s holes in your vision and shit just blurs out…my window wasn’t even open so I’m figuring it’s some kind of lingering something moving around, and it’s really pissing me off, so I’m building this for over my window, the pistol I keep on hand is the additional deterrent,

just in case the dream catcher doesn’t work.” *she grinned and nodded.*

<< Jet >> she lifts a brow at that “if it fades, how is a gun going to help?

+||+ Kim +||+ lifted an eyebrow to Rhonwen, “Ah… that is pretty creepy. But I have to agree with Jet, how is a gun going to help with a dream?”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> busied himself with the other people around the room as they worked, but he did pause by the table, “Spirits, especially evil ones, are not bested by violence.

::Rhonwen looked at them with an odd expression.:: “because it’s real…and.” ::she looked at RedDawn for a moment and smiled.:: “I like your spirits.” ::She then frowned a bit.:: “Maybe mine could learn some manners from yours.” ::she sighed and went back to her dream catcher, realizing that she was starting to talk too much again.:: “Just ignore me…I’m insane.”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> smiled and nodded, “Manners can be taught, but sometimes you might need to instill manners with help from other spirits. Try invoking some who are allied with you?” He offered and gave Rhonwen a pat on her shoulder before moving on, “Insane… is so relative.”

+||+ Kim +||+ nodded to Rhonwen, “I believe in ghosts, spirits, and… evil clowns. I don’t think you are crazy.”

::Rhonwen looked up at the instructor and smiled, reaching into her bag and pulled out some pills.* “Schizophrenia medication, prevents the voices from convincing me from doing bad things to people…me owning a gun was a joke.” *she winked and then slid the pills back in her bag.* “But it’s nice of you to say so, I like you.” ::she smiled nicely to the man and turned her attention to Kim, then she looked at Jet, it was clear she wanted

to say a lot, but just spoke quietly.:: “What we believe in, and what are really believe in, could very well be two separate things, it’s when they aren’t two separate things that you have to start being careful of the world around you.” ::she pulled up her leather wrapped wreath after having gone back to fix it from parts of her conversation.:: “ugh..fuckin..” :she sighed.:: “There…it’s okay.”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> looked at the bottle and then Rhonwen with a serious expression, “Many believe those who face such things are not insane, but denying or unable to face who they are or some part of themselves. When a spirit is caged, it grows wild and untamed. My grandfather told me of those with strong connections to their spirit guides, connections so strong, it could begin to fight and torment the spirit if not accepted

and understood.

<Regina> looks at Rhonwen for a moment, then back at her dreamcatcher, expression a little concerned for the other woman.

::Rhonwen looked up at the man with a smile.:: “I like that wisdom, I’ll have to look more into it, uhm…how do I put the strings on?” ::she held up her ring to him.::

+||+ Kim +||+ gave Rhonwen a sympathetic look, but there wasn’t an indication that she was going to treat Rhonwen any differently, “I like it too, I was looking online and there is a course about Native American spirituality… do you teach that as well?”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> nodded to Kim, “Once a week here I teach the wisdom of my people, as I learned it from my elders, to any who wish to listen. You are both welcome to stop by. There is no fee, I just ask that people be respectful.”

::Rhonwen nodded with interest at Red Dawn, and smiled.:: “I’d like to learn about your people, uhm, just a strange question though, have you heard of any of the ancient stories of Nunehei? sort of…Native Pixies at all?”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> tilted his head to the side curiously, “Nunehei? The people who live anywhere.” He nodded his head after a moment, though there was a sadness to his expression, “I know a few tails, but like much of my people’s history they have faded into legend. You are not likely to encounter any in this day and age. Though at one time they walked and lived with my people.”

::Rhonwen nodded slowly.:: “I think we should talk some time, trade some stories.” ::she winked at the man as she went back to her dream catcher.::

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> nodded his head and a smile returned to his face, “I’d love that. Stories keep our history alive and I always enjoy teaching.

<Regina> finishes up her dreamcatcher, looking at the discussion with some bemusement.

::Rhonwen nodded and looked at her dream catcher, looking at Kim.:: “oh, are we still good for that trip in three weeks? I have the tickets for the plane and everything.”

<Matty> walks into the Comunity Center. He’s not been here before, but saw a flier and came by.

+||+ Kim +||+ smiled and nodded her head, “Definitely! Though I need to be heading out now. I work early in the morning. Give me a call and we can plan some sights to see on the trip?”

<Matty> sees Kim and Rhonwen and walks over “Um.. did I miss the event?”

<Regina> looks at them curiously. “What trip?”

::Rhonwen nodded to Matty:: “Yeah well, not really I mean the instructor is still here but Kim’s gotta jet.” ::she smiled and looked at Regina.:: “Oh, I invited Kim to an oversea’s show I’m performing in Italy.” ::she grinned.:: “a weekend thing.”

<Matty> “Cool… Have a good night, and a good trip Kim.” he goes to find a place to sit, hopeful.

+||+ Kim +||+ smiled, “Maple sugar and I are heading to Europe! It’s going to be amazing!” She gave Matty a small smile, “The instructor is cleaning up now, but he’ll probably let you have a few things if you want to make one

<Matty> frowns “I wouldn’t want to impose… Still, I’ll ask.” he looks around at that point for the instructor.

<Regina> “I hope you both have fun.”

<< Instructor: RedDawn >> is more than happy to let Matty have some supplies to make a dream catcher though he has to head out.

+||+ Kim +||+ departs after saying her goodbyes.

<Matty> takes the supples to Rhonwen and asks “Can you give me pointers as I put this together?”

<Regina> heads out too

::Rhonwen nods and slowly starts to help Matty with the Dream catcher, helping him to learn how to weave the sticks.::

<Matty> listens intently and follows the instruction, weaving the branches.

<Matty> focuses on tieing and weaving the loop, directed Rhonwen. He then takes red twine for his web and ties to start the webwork, then tries to tie the web itself, loop by loop.

_-*(Rhonwen)*-_ nodded and smiled as she showed him a few more things.:: “Hey Matty? I have a question for you.”

<Matty> nods “Go ahead.” he says as he continues to work.

::Rhonwen sighed and then looked at him.:: “Gunner seems like a nice dude but, he’s also got this weird bravado, and he comes off like your stereotypical bro….is that all the time? or is it just when I’m around?”

<Matty> considers that a moment as he works “He can be serious. He has a ‘game face’ when it counts. He’s wise and knowledgable though, from experiance. He’s also seen a lot I expect.”

::Rhonwen nodded and looked around then back.:: “Okay, what are your thoughts on Angus? I mean, I’ve met a few Prodigals now and quite a few of them seem….Grrr.” *She holds her arms out like a mock bouncer or gorilla*

<Matty> shrugs “We have our reasons for being that way… it’s a lot like your pipes I think.” He looks down as the web came together and eventualy knotted it off.

_-*(Rhonwen)*-_ tilted her head.:: “Like my pipes? what, you learned how to be big giant dicks?” ::she looked at the dream catcher and smiled.* “Yeah, that looks good.”

<Matty> nods “In a sense. And thankyou.” He puts the dreamcatcher aside and looks to Rhonwen. It was not adorned, but he seemed happy with it. “And I mean, in a sense that’s accurate.” he shrugs.

_-*(Rhonwen)*-_ giggled and shook her head.:: “Gotcha, and you avoided that lesson?”

<Matty> “Well, I’m humble. It comes with being smaller.”

::Rhonwen smiled and nodded at Matty.:: “you wanna go for a coffee?”

<Matty> takes the dreamcatcher “Sure, that would be nice.”

_-*(Rhonwen)*-_ smiled and picked up her dream catcher with a smile, walking with him.:: “Been a while since I had just a nice night out y’know?” ::she grinned and would walk with him to a cafe, once at one, they’d find a table, sit down, and she’d order her drink and a snack.::

<Matty> follows and shakes his head “It’s good to have that kind of thing. It helps build you up for when it counts.” He looks to Rhonwen. “So why the questions about Angus and Gunner?”

::Rhonwen looked at Matty as they sat down.:: “I wanted to know if it was inherrent in the people, or if it was just a learned trait, I mean Angus is fun, Gunner seems to be like the big dog out where you are and I just don’t wanna step on his toes.” ::she put her chin in her hand as her elbow went on the table, sipping her drink when it came, looking at Matty.:: “I mean Angus likes to act all proper and stuff when courting a woman but I

prefer a sincere person over learned and enforced etiquette.”

<Matty> gets a drink as well and sits with her “Well, part of it is born… but it doesn’t stop at being born. Gunner has seen a lot, he’s grown as part of that.”

_-*(Rhonwen)*-_ nods as she listens.:: “Ah so, some of it is sort of just, being in the thick of combat with garou? that’s kind of weird, I mean…not to sound like a bitch cause the Redcaps are the same way, but Trolls are stoic, noble, they stand very proud but like quiet mountains, they don’t boast.”

<Matty> winces as Rhonwen drops the terms “Well… It takes all types, but… we also are… well… more like the ones you said I suspect that you related us to, factors aside.” he yawns “Wow… I’m… it’s late.”

::Rhonwen looked at her watch and her eyes widened, she then looked at Matty and smiled.* “Want me to walk you home?” *she grinned softly.* “But we’re in New Orleans so…it’ll be a walk.”

<Matty> shakes his head “No… I need to… Have a good night.” He retreats at that.

_-*(Rhonwen)*-_ watches the man run off and tilts her head.* “Weird dude.” ::She shrugged and then got up and went home.::
